The Romilly Farm is a thousand year old farm in Isigny-Sur-Mer, Normandy, France, close to Omaha Beach. All the cidres are made
exclusively with apples produced on the 90 acre farm. Each variety (Sweet, Half-dry, Dry, Extra Dry and Rosé) uses eight different
Norman heritage apple varieties which are biodynamically grown. They have set records in major competitions and been adopted
enthusiastically by prestigious accounts such as Chefs Thomas Keller, Chef Michael Solomonov, Gramercy Tavern, The Embassy of
